Reception Admissions 2022/23

If your child was born between 1 September 2017 and 31 August 2018 it will be time to start thinking about the primary school you would like your child to attend from September 2022. 

For admissions to our Reception Class - September 2022, you will need to gather and complete the following documents and return them to the school office.

Common Application Form - online eAdmissions process found here (submitted digitally) 

Supplementary Information Form - complete the online form. If for any reason you are unable to complete the online form please contact the school office to arrange the collection of a paper copy.

Certificate of Catholic Practice - this must be completed by your parish priest and is available to download here

Proof of your child's birth - copies accepted

Child's Baptism Certificate - copies accepted
